M. Bison is the endboss in Capcom's Street Fighter II video game series. He later appeared in the Street Fighter Alpha games, the Vs. Series, and Street Fighter IV. In Japan, M. Bison is known as Vega. In some games, M. Bison's name is shortened to just "Bison."

Official Canon

He is the dictator of the secret organization, Shadowloo. His organization once abducted thirteen teenage girls from different countries to turn them into the perfect soldiers. One girl in particular, Agent Killer Bee was genetically enhanced using some of Bison's DNA to become Bison's next host body. Upon Agent Killer Bee's defection from Shadowloo, Bison became obsessed with overtaking Ryu, as he sensed great power in Ryu's body.

After receiving the Shungokusatsu from Akuma at the end of the Street Fighter II tournament, Bison formed SIN, the Shadowloo Intimidation Network.

M. Bison was eliminated by Ken Masters in round 3 of the inaugural Heir to the Throne tournament.

In the PsychoAndyverse webcomic, Hawk & Croc, M. Bison is parodied as Mike Bovein ("Bison" being a member of the Bovine family), and the Shadowloo Dolls are parodied as the Bovein Sisters.
